Silk Sleep Rituals: We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Intimate Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days. Defective items are eligible for a complimentary replacement.
